摘要: 有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(phakic intraocular lens,PIOL)植入对眼前节结构的影响及其安全性通过多项研究已得到证实,随着时间的推移,PIOL植入术后的患者面临白内障手术的可能,白内障术前人工晶状体的计算是获得良好视觉质量的重要因素。研究表明,PIOL植入术后前房深度、前房容积以及房角参数与术前数值相比有差异,少量研究发现IOL-Master测量的眼轴、角膜曲率以及通过多种公式计算得出的人工晶状体度数在PIOL植入术前与术后无明显差异,在临床上部分白内障术前人工晶状体度数计算由于屈光介质混浊而需要通过A超进行眼生物测量,然而PIOL植入对A超眼生物测量的影响尚未得出结论,因此需要更多针对PIOL植入对人晶状体度数计算影响的研究,为PIOL植入术后患白内障的患者的治疗方案提供参考依据。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 317-321)

Abstract: The effect of posterior chamber intraocular lens(PIOL)implantation on the structure of anterior segment and its safety have been confirmed by a number of studies. With the passage of time, patients with PIOL implantation are faced with cataract. The calculation of intraocular lens (IOL) before cataract surgery is an important factor to obtain good visual quality. The anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber volume and chamber angle parameters values after PIOL implantation in phakic eyes were significantly different from preoperative values. A few of studies have shown that there was no significant difference in the axial length and keratometry measured by IOL-Master, and in the IOL power calculated using different formulas before and after PIOL implantation. The IOL power before cataract surgery often needs to be measured by A ultrasound because of the opacity of refractive medium. The effect of PIOL implantation on A ultrasound biometric measurement in phakic eyes has not been concluded, so more studies are needed to complete the conclusion of the effect of PIOL implantation on the calculation of the IOL power, to provide reference for the treatment of cataract after the PIOL power implantation.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 317-321)
